Play Area Rules
Age and Capacity
The play area is designed for children aged 0 to 3 years. The maximum capacity is 10 children at a time.
Supervision and Responsibility
Children are only allowed in the play area when accompanied by a responsible adult. Registration upon entry is mandatory and must be done by the accompanying adult. All responsibility for any incident, injury, or accident during the stay lies entirely with the parent, guardian, or accompanying person.
Safety and Behavior
To ensure a safe and peaceful environment for everyone:
- Wearing socks or shoe covers is mandatory for both children and their accompanying adults.
- Children who exhibit behavior that endangers themselves or others will not be allowed to enter the play area.
- The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the child’s behavior and actions.
- Bringing in sharp, flammable, explosive items, confetti, or any objects that may threaten the safety or comfort of others is strictly prohibited.
Health Requirements
Children showing symptoms such as cough, runny nose, high fever, rash, red eyes, stomach ache, or any signs of illness are not permitted in the play area. If you or your child are feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to visit us again once you have fully recovered.
Video Surveillance and Personal Belongings
The entire M Play Café premises are monitored by video surveillance 24/7. Nevertheless, please keep an eye on your personal belongings, as the café is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Right to Refuse Service
The staff reserves the right to end the visit of any child exhibiting rude, aggressive, or disruptive behavior that disturbs the comfort and safety of other guests.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises of M Play Café, including electronic cigarettes and vaping devices.
